This is the EM-406a GPS engine board from GlobalSat. It features the SiRF Star III high-performance GPS chip set, very high sensitivity, and an extremely fast time to first fix. The unit is very compact, measuring less than 2 square inches, and it has a built-in antenna. The GPS Expansion Pack includes a data cable with a modified header for breadboard connections, as well as an Atmega168 microcontroller.
