I bought this to avoid the hassle of having a professional installation of my XM radio. It's worked well. It seems well made, and is certainly easy to install. It can wobble a little bit in the socket, though not to the point where it makes noise or causes the unit to fall out.

This solved the mounting problems I experienced with my Sirius Stiletto. I didn't like the window mount and the vent mount was horrible because the radio would swing from side to side with every turn I made. This rigid lighter mount was the perfect solution and it was very inexpensive. It offers plenty of adjustment options to get the radio right at your fingertips but not in your way. Great product.

Quick delivery with no complaints about the company. The unit was as described. A weakness of the unit used with a Siriusm Starmate plugged into the power outlet of a Toyato Camry is not secure requiring frequent re-insertions to keep the Sirius unit powered.

I couldn't stand having my Sirius suction-cupped to my windshield. This product fits the bill for what I was looking for, though not perfectly.
It's secure and keeps the radio down near my console, but as the other reviewer commented, it's a bit bulky in how they made a separate connector. It would have been ideal to make this a splitter so you can plug in your radio AND have an extra socket, but I'll take it the way it is. It's flexible enough to keep the radio out of the way.
One thing to note. I have a Sirius Starmate, and this mount didn't quit fit perfectly. I had to do a little work on it, drilling a hole and re-assembling it to get it perfect.

This mount is very secure, and keeps my XM in place very well. It has two pivot, and one rotation point allowing you to get it exactly where you want it. I do wish that the socket was built in, rather than on a cord, but overall a clean decent look, great since I don't want to install anything on my dash.
